Colden Goodrow, BS, CSCS

My passion for health and performance started early. I’ve always been drawn to understanding how the body works, and more importantly, how to improve it. That curiosity led me to pursue a degree in Exercise Science, with the goal of helping others perform at their highest level.

Early in my career, I worked in athletic performance at the NCAA Division I level, focusing on strength and conditioning. It was an incredible experience working with high-level athletes, pushing performance, and developing physical capacity.

But I realized something important.

The people I was working with were already highly trained, and only looking to push physical performance. They needed to get stronger, faster, more powerful, and weren't struggilng to find time to focus on their health because it was all laid out for them.

What really drove me was helping people who struggled with high stress, inconsistent routines, low energy, poor sleep, and the demands of real life.

I then decided to focus my work on helping individuals who don’t have hours a day to train, but still want to look, feel, and perform at a high level.

After recently moving to New York City, I began working as a Wellbeing Performance Coach at JPMorgan Chase, where I work directly with busy professionals in high-pressure environments. Every day, I help individuals improve their energy, build sustainable routines, and take control of their health, without adding more stress to their already demanding lives.

That’s exactly why I started my coaching business.

I now work with busy professionals who want a smarter, more sustainable approach to health, one that goes beyond just workouts, and focuses on the full picture: training, nutrition, sleep, and stress.

Because real performance is built through sustainable habit formation and real progress toward your goals both in and out of the gym.
